All lots must be paid for on day of auction

before 3:00 p.m.

 

Pickup Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

No later than Tuesday of the following week.

 

Closed on Saturday and Sunday.

 

Lots not picked up by the above schedule will revert back to the State of Oklahoma.

Sales tax will be collected unless a copy of the sales tax exemption is furnished.

 

We accept VISA, MasterCard or Discover

 

Payment may also be made in cash, for the exact amount (no change given), by money order, cashier’s check, purchase order, personal or business check.

 

A bank letter of credit made out to State Surplus must accompany any personal or business check written for vehicles or moving equipment.  The Letter of Credit MUST guarantee payment up to a $ amount.

Auction following the Aug 14, 2009 Auction will be held on Sept 11, 2009.

 

 

Vehicles must be picked up from State Surplus no later than 2:00 p.m. by Tuesday following the auction.

 

Condition of vehicles listed on the windshield is the current knowledge of the State of Oklahoma. The condition listed may or may not reflect the full operating condition or mileage of the vehicle.

 

The State of Oklahoma does not imply, nor guarantee, the operating condition of any vehicle.

 

Upon sale of lots, the auctioneer stating the buyer number and sale price publicly, the sale is final. Any disagreement with the buyer number and/or sale price is the buyer’s responsibility to stop the sale and notify the auctioneer immediately.

 

No changes to the buyer number and/or sale will be made after the next lot is sold.  It will be the responsibility of the buyer number stated by the auctioneer to pay the final price stated publicly.
